How to Report a Problem

HindiUSA Parent/Query Process

In response to the growing needs of our school and the increase in queries, we have established a structured query resolution process. A simple Google form has been implemented for parents and students to report any issues, queries, or requests.

Step 1:
Your first point of contact is your main class teacher. Any class-specific queries, such as additions to the class WhatsApp group, homework, grades, etc., should be discussed directly with your class teacher.

If the issue is not resolved:

Step 2:
Submit the *"Report Problem" Google form*. This form is primarily for technical LMS issues, such as forgotten passwords, class changes, assessment requests, refunds, etc.

Step 3:
For escalations, proposals, donation information, Hindi School clubs, language credits from Rockwood, or similar concerns, please email us at *[email protected]*.

If further assistance is needed:
