Cultural Event - General Guidelines

Cultural Event Announcement

We are geenral details about our annual cultural event. Every year, our school presents a new theme. For example year is “Hamara Etihas Hamari Pehchaan” (Our History, Our Identity). Through these events, we aim to educate children about the various eras of Indian history.

Guidelines:
    1.    Song and Act Selection:
         •    All songs and acts must be school-appropriate and approved  by HINDIUSA team before starting practice.
    2.    Practice Sessions:
         •    Practices will begin in the last week of January and will be held every Friday from 7:00 to 7:45 PM.
         •    Parent Support:
         •    We need Parent Coordinators for each act to help organize and manage participation.
         •    We also need  Parent Volunteers to assist in conducting practice sessions.
    3.    Participation Rules:
         •    Children who do not wish to participate will continue with regular class lessons during practice time.
         •    Each student may participate in a maximum of two acts.
    4.    Rehearsals and Event Day:
         •    There will be one mandatory dry run and one mandatory stage rehearsal.
         •    Students and parents are responsible for attending these rehearsals and being punctual on the day of the event.
    5.    Program Sequence:
         •    The program sequence will not be changed due to no-shows or absences.
