HINDIUSA Saint Louis- LOCAL FEE $35 per Student
Unlike most HindiUSA schools, our St. Louis branch organizes extra activities. To support these, we’ve been collecting approximately $1 per class (total $35 for the year) for the past two years. This has helped us improved quality of our events and helped kids with snacks.
How the fee is used:
• Weekly snacks for kids
• Navaratri / Deepavali & other events (hall, goodies for kids, fireworks, permits, etc.)
• Event-specific professional decorations
• Professional photography, whenever engaged
• Small goodies for children during Deepavali event
• Other St. Louis–specific activities during the year
Please note:
• All funds are deposited into the HindiUSA NJ account.
• We work on a reimbursement model — most expenses are reimbursed, but some local ones may be only partially covered.
• This fee is always mentioned in our annual registration flyer.
**When is this fee collected? **
It is collected after all students have been allocate to their classes in LMS. Usually it’s collected 1 week prior to school opening.
**What if my child does not eat snacks? Can I avoid fee? **
No. Fee is not just for snacks but other expenses and hence mandatory.
